Section 132
Notice and Copy of Judgment

(1) The court shall give notice of the judgment in the format as per Schedule-44 to the accused or the defendant who is not involved in the proceedings of the case from the beginning, the accused who is in prison or imprisonment or the accused who is only one party and has been proceeded unilaterally.
(2) The notice as per sub-section (1) shall be served as a receipt and if such notice cannot be served, the notice shall be published in a national level daily newspaper owned by the Government of Nepal.
(3) In relation to the cases as per Schedule-4, the expenses incurred in publishing the notice as per sub-section (2) shall be borne by the concerned party.
(4) Information about the outcome of the case as per Schedule-1, Schedule-2 and Schedule-3 should also be given to the office of the concerned public prosecutor.
